1.           After completing the novel, why do you think Jane Austen chose to give the novel the title “Pride and Prejudice?”

 After completing the novel, I think the author Jane Austen chose to give the novel the title “Pride and Prejudice” because the words in the title are just two of the basic themes that happen in the novel. Pride was shown when Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth first met in teh beginning of the novel. Prejudice was also shown at the beginning when Elizabeth thought Mr. Darcy was just a guy with a cocky attitude and didn’t care about anything.

1. 2.       When or what moment do you think Elizabeth finally realizes that her opinion of Mr. Darcy from the beginning was completely wrong?

I think Elizabeth finally realized her opinion of Mr. Darcy from the beginning was completely wrong when she went to go see him and she saw him with a different girl. Elizabeth later found out that the girl Darcy was talking to was just his sister. She realized that she also paid for the wedding.
